I still have my green Scream’N Demon and it still works! When I lost the rider, I used it with my Evel Knievel action figure and later with Action Jackson! Both of these guys were smaller than G.I. Joe and fit pretty well on the bike. Of course, keeping them on when the Scream’n Demon took off was another matter! I too, remember the catchy jingle: “Scream’n Demons – tearing up the road!” This really was (and still) is a cooler toy than many for sale today!

No lie, man! I had the scream'n demon tiger bike! It was the bike that had the silver tiger head on the shield. I forgot how old I was when the Demons were popular. I was probably in the 3rd grade when I got the toy. I know it was on Christmas day. I remember telling my folks and the alkie santa at the Sears store that I wanted a Scream'n Demon bike for Christmas. I even remember writing it on a list I made up in class at school, because the Christmas season was going on, and the homeroom teacher wanted us write down what we wanted for Christmas. I wrote it down exactly as it was spelled, and I got a lower grade than I could have gotten because of that fact. I remember the teacher had written in red ink, "screaming demon"! Can you believe it?! But oh, what a memory!!!

THE THING WAS GREAT, BUT WHAT HAS STUCK WITH ME THE MOST ALL THESE YEARS IS THE JINGLE FROM THE SAT. AM. ADS DURING THE CARTOONS. I BELIEVE IT WENT LIKE THIS “SCREAM’N DEAMONS…..TEAR’N UP THE ROAD”.

We cleaned out the storage after my father passed. He was such a pack rat. To my glorious surprise my favorite toy of all time. A Scream'n Demon. I took these guys everywhere. Even snuck one it to church one Sunday. That's another story. As we continued to dig and clean up we were amazed at the total bounty before us of toys. Vintage matchbox cars, eveil kenievel, Star Trek play sets. My joy of joy and now my son and daughters, are the 13 SCREAMIN' DEAMONS we found. YES 13!!!! All intact, except for one broken tail pipe. 36 years later.

I had the chopper bike, along with a friend of mine we played with them everyday, it used several AA batteries and I could never keep good batteries back in those days, I killed them up playing on the side walk for as long as they'd last.

I went on a family road trip from Denver to L.A. in 1971. we were each allowed to bring one toy in the car and my choice was my scream'n deamon. It had a rip cord that worked like a gyrascope and it hauled butt. It is one of the few toys I have been able to replace via ebay but I am still looking...

Man!!! These things were the coolest!! I remember I had two when I was a kid in England. Trying to find them is impossible!! I even opened my own COLLECTIBLE store, in the hopes of gathering a flock. But no use. I DID manage to come across a Frankenstein SCARE-CYCLE boxed, which I love!. ANYONE know where we can find any of these???

I finally found a Scream'n Demon! A man in England found his childhood toys in the attic of his parents' house, and among the items was a Scream'n Demon, still in the box! He popped in a battery, and it still worked, so he put it in eBay. It cost me a bundle, but it made a great Christmas gift for my brother. We put in a battery, and thought the thing was gonna explode; it made a HORRIBLE sound like plastic in a blender, but it turns out that's the "real motorcycle sound" they make. It's funny how jaded we've become in this age of perfect computer representations, video games, etc. Still, it was a gas making that find and surprising my brother.
